Clouds of Black smoke billowed Over Ein Al Hilweh which houses More than 26,000  refugees and the smaller neighbouring Camp of Mich Mich. The raid was the third israeli air strike on targets in Lebanon this year. Thirteen guerrilla bases were attacked by israeli fighter bombers last year. Four israeli jets swooped in on Ein Al Hilweh Siro Bieh and Mich Mich on March 27. Ten people were killed and 22 were wounded in that raid. The raid was launched after a Katusha rocket crashed into a schoolyard in the israeli Border town of Kiryati Shimona wounding three students and a teacher. The Gao said tests show the vehicle can meet this requirement but that the tire is too often severely damaged. The army is working to improve the design.
