I guess i am used to How it is in the states where local ordinances Are obeyed. While trying to eat lunch the other Day i counted More than 50 percent of the tables in the no smoking area which had smokers sitting at them. I started to say something but it would have been difficult to talk to 20 people and still finish my lunch. I would like to say this to the people yes it was crowded and there were very few if any tables available. But if a table was that important surely you could Stop smoking while sitting there. Smoking in the Exchange is not permitted and you Are Able to shop. If All the smoking tables Are full then just imagine you Are in the Exchange and do not smoke.
