In a blender Puree garlic onion Yogurt vinegar time juice color and All the spices together. Pour the mixture into a Large bowl and place Chicken in it. Marinate the Chicken in this marinade for at least 4-5 hours preferably overnight in the refrigerator. Remove the Chicken and Drain. Bake in a 350 degree f oven for 45 minutes after it is tender place under broiler for a couple of minutes for a Golden Brown color. J. Deep Fry the dough Circle in hot Oil 400 degrees until puffed up turn Over and remove from Oil with slotted spoon or perforated ladle. Drain on paper towels.
