Oftentimes our Junior enlisted personnel arc not even eligible for on base housing forcing them to live in High Cost housing on the Economy it seems to me that the people who earn the least should be entitled to whine the most. As for the opinion that Junior enlisted personnel get married in order to get oui of the Barracks and make More Money that Only plays a minimal part. I married my wife because i love her and want to make my life with her.
