Officials in the Germany Region largest of the five Dodds regions pre dict 86,597 pupils will attend the re Gion s 139 schools up from last year s top figure of 86,528. A new school is scheduled to be completed in Neu Bru ecce Germany on nov. 18. No new facilities arc planned for the Atlantic Region for the 1986-87 school year.
