Anita Sanabria Castelo 45, of Takoma Park md., on wednesday was indicted on a charge of conspiracy to Export ammunition without a License and exporting ammunition without a License. The indictment charged that Silva and Castelo bought ammunition that Acosta and Duarte took to Paraguay aboard a freighter that left from Deepwater terminal in Richmond. Castelo a paraguayan native who frequently trav eled with the first lady on foreign trips was charge earlier this month by the Federal Bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms with aiding and abetting the Export of munitions without an Export License.
