The Cage 4 feet High and 8 feet wide is tucked under an overhanging floor of the Milwaukee county War memorial Center facing the Lake but protected from the rain and winds. The response of everybody has been positive said Guerrera from inside the Cage where he slept in sleeping bag on the Concrete floor.
