His depart ment was the Only one that showed no profits. More than once he was found asleep at his desk. My husband fired him but continued his salary for three months and helped him find another Job. He sued us. We fell we had a Good Case and would surely gel a favourable verdict. We were mistaken. The jury was made up of Laid off workers and lower mid dle class people. Only one was neatly dressed. Not one had held a management position. Two actually fell asleep in the jury Box. All the jurors sided with the defendant and awarded our sex employee a sizable sum.
