Last month the Pentagon released a similar study also conducted in 1985, that focused on the attitude Sand Job satisfaction of men and women in the military. The defense department however has never at tempted such a comprehensive study of military spouses and therefore there Are no earlier studies with which to compare the recent results. The study also found that the spouses of enlisted personnel Are More Likely than those of officers to work outside the Home More Likely to be locked into lower paying jobs and More Likely to say they work because they need Money for Basic family expenses.
