When i called the local education Center a Counselor said that All Money paid into the program is turned Over to the Treasury department and that the veterans administration does not keep record of deductions. The soldiers who entered the program have a record their leave and earnings statements. So Why if a Soldier has evidence can t he or die get a refund .1 know of a Soldier who is leaving the service under an honorable discharge. This Soldier is being chartered out so he can t use his total educational benefits but he should be Able to get his own Money Back. I tried calling the . Consulate to talk to a veterans administration official but did t have any Luck getting through to anyone. When giving a response to the above question please dont make me choke on the answer.
