Being single 1 do not bemoan my lot even though it Means residing in the Barracks and being on Call for any duty or detail that arises after duly hours. I have observed Many married service members ferrying their spouses to and from the commissary clinic and jobs during duty hours. This is because the spouses do not have Driver s licenses and find in inconvenient to use he Post shuttle bus. Somehow none of this time and attention is begrudge the spouse. While assigned to my present company i have experienced Many Field duties in which a married service member is resumed to the rear because of problems a spouse cannot or will not handle. This is not to men Tion the married service members who were not included in the Field exercise because of known problems at Home. Even though some of the problems seen very transparent again this time and attention is not be grudge the spouse.
