Football will be reinstated in the Italy sports program Dodds Mediterranean Sei enc Allie Etc coordinator Guy Abromo said recently when i met with him in Torrejon. It will be a five team eight Man format. There is much interest in football in the communities involved and Hope filly the eight Man team concept will encourage other schools to enter the league the fall of 1988." Abramo said that Naples and Vicenza will each Field two teams and that Aviano will have one. The games will be played on a regulation football Field. A strict draft outlined by Abramo will be held to determine the players on the Naples and Vicenza earns which will be selected after All players have been practising for about 10 Days for the first year a football candidates at the schools will be put in the draft. After the first year Only the incoming freshmen and transfers from other schools will be on the draft list. The rosters and picking order will be kept in the school office and copies will be sent to the District supervisor s and Mediterranean superintendent s of fice.
