What possesses me to write this letter is that the impressions i received from my local civilian person Nel office were not Only a Lack of Unity and policy but illegal and unfair actions i have witnessed. I was told i was not qualified for a Job for which Iam overqualified a a Job that by the Way pays $ 11,000 less than my old Job in the states. This was to say the least totally demoralizing. It left a bitter taste in my Mouth especially because i know the position will refilled by an unqualified person whose Boss actually picked up his unqualified application and lobbied for this person with the one who does the actual hiring. This person said ill take care of  i refer to a woodworking position for which i was rated ineligible because i lacked one year specialized experience in teaching  this did t take into account my other pertinent qualifications such As a Salesman of these tools a subcontractor for two years a combat Engineer who worked with tools and especially that i am an avid woodworker myself.
