But commissioner Jack Ross who voted with the three other commissioners and the mayor to approve the policy thursday said the Board Over reacted. And commissioner Waymond Morris principal of Daviss county High school said he probably will vote to rescind the policy. He said the policy is doing something we did t intend to do namely offending tobacco interests. Another commissioner Alan Braden said he is still weighing the policy s benefits against its effects on tobacco interests. Adkisson said that in the past Pinkerton has produced mostly smokeless tobacco and be did t think about the company being adversely affected.
