What thai has to do with the donation of sick leave to one working Mem Ber of a family of four we Don t know a want to know what is Usa eur s hang up. It s our leave. Pm has approved the Transfer of sick leave for situations like this. She is our Friend and co worker. We miss her and want to help in a very positive Way. Since Many of us in the office have been working less than three years. We Don t have a lol of annual leave. Everyone tries to save As much sick leave As possible. Our kids and some adults have found skate boarding to be a reasonably harmless Way to get around to gel some exercise and breathe in som fresh air but they Are being inhibited by adults who feel they Are being inconvenienced. Yesterday i look several children to a Park on the German Economy that incorporates equipment used for skateboards bicycles and roller Skalics. When we arrived there were about 50 people using the facility. When we left Over 250 people were in there. Ages ranged from about 4 to 35. The thing thai i noticed thai took me by Surprise was the Way All these people were interacting. We met people from other bases in inc local area and also some germans. They were polite to each other helped each other and were having a great time in the process. Much to my Surprise there was not one injury in the five hours we were Here. Most people wore som sort of protective gear including knee and shoulder pads helmets and gloves. On an everyday basis these kids Are out of the House enjoying Sunshine and fresh air while getting. Some exercise. They have something better to do than drugs. They Are not interested in vandalizing your buildings. They Are not sitting in some dark Comer drinking alcohol and listening to music Al some unbearable volume. Instead they Are trying to gel some air or do a  All they need to do this is a smooth Flat surface and someone who is Good with a Hammer to build them a few Small ramps. High to them is a physical distance from the ground after having launched off a ramp. So the neat time you drive Down the Street through your housing area and you see a Young kid on a Board instead of calling the maps spa or telling him to gel out of the Street and off the sidewalk consider what the alternatives Are. See if there Are other places in your Community where he or she can ride safely. If there Are none Call your Community commander and Sec if he is willing to make one available.
