I have not noticed any official response to this subject so 1 would like to offer some unsolicited comments. The Point should be clearly made that these flights she Nind be booked solid for space required personnel with few. If any seats left Over for space a travellers. This of course Means a very Long wait for a free ride. To me space a Means cargo aircraft where you either Fly in the cargo compartment or in Case of the c-5, in a compartment designed for carrying troops. In either Case there Are several aspects which i feel should be reinforced in the minds of potential space a travellers regardless of heir status space a travellers can be bumped by space required travellers or the aircraft May change final destination while in night. In 30 years of flying space a. I have spent numerous overnights in strange places.
