I sincerely Hope they arc not doing anything new about Oil spills. Let us realistically follow the write your Congress Man line of thinking to its logical conclusion what options docs Congress have pass a Law against Oil spills. Cute but not realistic. Accidents will happen. Pass a Law to immediately clean up an Oil spill. It is already obvious an Oil spill needs to be cleaned up. We Don t need a Law to Tell us that. Pass a Law to set time limits for an Oil spill to be cleaned up. Of reasonable enough. Sec the next step. Pass a Law to create the Agency to oversee spill cleanup.
