The existing treatment Plant and another in Bost narc responsible for much of Boston har Bor s pollution discharging 70 tons of sludge and 400 million Gallons of treated waste water every Day. The new Plant scheduled to be constructed Between 1990 and 1999, will treat 1.3 billion Gallons of sewage a Dayan remove about 90 percent of the pollutants in the water
