Dear Muriel and a hug for you is. Watson for sharing the excellent Elf Csavina suggestions for campers. Dear Abby two years ago our son was killed in an Accident. He left a wife and two sons Ages 4 and 6. Within a year his wife i la Call her Jane met a Man who moved in with her. And our grandsons started calling him we begged Jane not to let the boys Call this Man baddy because we Felt there was no lasting commitment in that relationship and never would be. Jane had told us that she had no intentions of marry ing again because she d lose the $500 a month in social Security she gets As a widow. Meanwhile my husband and i were always there for Jane and the boys and we kept our grandsons Ever weekend we could get them. Three months ago daddy left Jane and she started to drink too much. Last weekend we had the boys and when we brought them Back on sunday eve Ning Jane came to the door very dishevelled with a swollen lip and dark glasses. She looked As though she had been in a fight. When i asked what happened Toher she went totally out of control and struck me. I hated to leave the boys with her but since she was so hostile. I did t want to Start anything in front of the boys so i left. Now Jane refuses to let us see our grandsons. When Call her she hangs up on me. We do not want a Public court Battle but we worry about our grandson we Are desperate. What should we do keep me Anonymous dear Anonymous discuss this with your lawyer immediately and Fol Low his advice. Please do not delay Tor the Sake of your grandchildren. Jane is not a it Mother and your grand sons need to be protected. Letters Reader urges employing teens As tutors just finished watching growing up Down and out survival stories. What wonderful ideas. Is there any Way Dodds can get potential dropouts jobs to Tong the younger children who need the help if Dodds can t afford it maybe the parents of these children would pay the minimum wage for a few hours per week tutoring. That s a fraction of the Price of the professional Tutor and it helps both the teen Ager and the child who needs tutoring. Give the teen Ager a sense of Worth a reason to stay in school. The Job program sounded great too. It could save car warranty problems my husband and 1 purchased a jeep wrangler through cafes car sales and needed some warranty work done. When we bought our jeep we were told that our local cafes garage would work on All our prob lems. Well the work we needed done could not be worked on by our local cafes garage personnel. Naturally we went Back to the cafes car sales representative whom we purchased our jeep through to find out what to do. He gave us some phone numbers in Frankfurt and basically gave us the it s not my problem attitude. We were informed that the technical representative from cafes car sales would be at our local cafes garage on a scheduled Day to help us. Well unfortunately our first problem and the two other warranty problems we be had before our 12,000 mile warranty ran out did not fall on the Day the technical representative was at our local garage. So my question is whom do cafes car sales purchasers go to when they have a warranty prob Lem and the person they bought the car through smiles and gives the it s not my problem attitude Mary c. Rich Pitburg a West Germany editor s note master sol. Dayton p. Strickland customer relations he cafes Europe replies new car sales purchasers Are encouraged to take their warranty problems to authorized cafes garages Tor vehicle services. Cafes garages including Pitburg Are authorized to work on vehicles under Chrysler warranty. The exceptions Are body work paint and some Glass work. When needed cafes technical representatives travel to garages and offer additional assist Ance. When your vehicle warranty expired the cafes garage arrangement to perform warranty work also expired. However if Chrysler approved repairs for your jeep under warranty cafes garages would do the work under that agreement. The it s not my problem attitude is an Altitude that cafes does not tolerate. Cafes is a caring organization dedicated to the task of providing Posi Tive effective customer service.
