The top 12 golfers based on the season achievements qualified for the championship flight the next 12 for the first flight and All others who posted at least one round of 100 or better were placed in the second flight. Fifty two boys qualified for the tournament. All girls who played at least one full 18-Hole round during the year were permitted to come to Ramstein
