A Soldier should receive a a a Success rating when he or she meets established standards. Most ratings should fall into the a a Success category if the standards Are properly established. A Quot Success rating is intended to be equivalent to a 125 score on the old . There Are no other comparisons which can be made Between ratings on the no or and scores on the old Eer. Finally a a needs improvement rating indicates a Soldier failed to meet one or More standards.
