These bases should be renovated and plans be made for immediate withdrawal of two thirds of the overseas military personnel with their families to occupy these bases. The renovation Cost could be paid from the savings of billions of dollars in main Taining such a Large contingent of military personnel overseas. There would be an immediate reduction in the Cost of supporting the overseas military cola foreign bases being continually renovated and new buildings being built such As the multimillion Dollar hotel planned for Garmisch civilian payrolls including local nationals who do not pay taxes to America in addition to the billions of dollars being spent by All concerned on the foreign Economy. This is All Gold flow dollars which is included in our deficit. Billions of dollars would be spent yearly on our stateside Economy creating More jobs and taxpayers.
