The Pentagon has halted construction projects at two european military bases that it announced two weeks ago would be closed. Construction at a third facility will continue though. In november the Pentagon requested and received congressional approval for More than $10 million for four projects at Wei Bruckn a West Germany Perhac a Turkey and Raf in the United kingdom. The work was included in the Pentagon s 1990 military construction project budget.
