Earlier the Ramstein girls missed out on an Opportunity to set up a Royal push when they fell to Wiesbaden one of the stronger teams in Dodds girls Basket Ball histor. 54-36. The Ramstein girls were making their first championship game appearance. The boys title game was hotly con tested from the opening Tipoff with Ramstein leading by two Points at the Quarter and by one at halftime. We Hope to come Back next year and play the same kind of basketball and exhibit the same Quality of team play and sportsmanship that carried us to the top this year the obviously elated Ramstein Mentor  reached the championship game in 1983, but was hammered by Mannheim 73-51.
