I submit the wrapper admonitions would be much More effective in decreasing litter and fostering recycling if cafes customers could see cafes employees backed by cafes management making even Token efforts to reduce the tremendous amount of refuse created in their eateries. This could include recycling or doing such simple things As asking their patrons and workers to Deposit drink cans and bottles in separate containers so they could be recycled. Who pays the cafes garbage Bill our Uncle docs. This is a Way the government using appropriated funds has chosen to help cafes keep the soldiers Burger Cost Low. Not having to pay for garbage disposal does not relieve cafes management of the responsibility to do responsible things to keep total operating costs not just the Price of a Burger at a reasonable minimum. Actually we All would be better off if everyone in our military communities Felt this responsibility and a pitched  a pitching in is a must in Many German communities. If . And unlike most families in such situations mine was very supportive. Thank the lord they loved me and knew that i needed help. Like being an alcoholic its almost impossible to get Well on your own. Because of my family a willingness to stand by me i served a year in jail and was put on probation for seven years. The probation ended a few months ago. During that time i had group therapy and joined a support group called parents United. I can to say enough about this organization. It is terrific. Ann i want to say something to every adult or child who knows that molesting is going on. Done to just keep quiet and do nothing. This is almost As bad As being an offender. No matter who the offender is turn him or her in it is absolutely imperative that the awful secret be brought out in the open. 1 no longer need to worry about my world crashing Down on my head. It has already happened and i survived. My arrest and rehabilitation made me a free Man. I am no longer a threat to society. Also patients who Are already being treated before coming to Europe must continue to be treated after their arrival which adds More patients to the list. Unfortunately for you As a civilian family member you would be fifth priority even if you had a severe or handicapping problem.
