The affected services include Beauty shops automotive garages dry cleaners and merchandise repair facilities. Under the new program the Price was set at 5.90 Marks based on a conversion rate of 1.58 Marks to the Dollar. Because customers still pay in dollars the Price decreases if the Exchange rate is above 1.58. But if the Exchange rate Falls the Price in dollars increases.
