The study was conducted by the 21st theater army area come to determine ways to improve efficiency at the Mannheim and Worms communities which Are about 15 Miles apart. It is one of several studies requested recently by Usa eur in anticipation of budget cutbacks. A similar study is being conducted on the communities of Karlsruhe and Heidelberg. By consolidating the Mannheim and Worms communities 142 jobs would be eliminated a for 120 local National civilians 13 service members and nine department of the army civilians.
