William Bowlin an assistant troop 26 scoutmaster said the czech scoutmaster had been members of scouting before the nazi occupation in 1940 and had unsuccessfully tried to resurrect the program during the Prague Spring of 1968. Following the fall of the communist government during the past year the scouting movement was reborn. In late july 11 scouts and three adults from Heidelberg were met at the czech German Border where they Given a tour of the churches and other historic Sites before arriving at their summer Camp to do what scouts do Best a learn and have fun n.
