Dear Ann Landers add this to your file on How unfair a judge can be when it comes to divorce. Here a the Story. I leave it to you. My son lost everything in a bitter custody Battle that lasted More than a year. His wife was awarded the children the House and everything in it. She was a and is a a topless dancer got pregnant by a Lover had an abortion hired a thug to beat up my son and then tried to have him killed. You will not believe the Way this mess was resolved. My son has been ordered to pay his sex wife a attorneys fees even though she is the one who started the divorce proceedings and makes twice As much Money As he does. Two weeks ago he was ordered to jail because he can to pay these fees. Every word i have written is gods truth. Where is Justice anyway Lake Park fla., Mother dear Mother sounds As if your son had poor Legal representation. He should try again for a More equitable settlement. Your anger sounds justified to me. C creators Syndicate a the donkeys of azores remembered i did not see the article the recent writer refers to in her letter about the azores. However i was mildly surprised to read her defense and apology of the Modem Adorean minus the Donkey. If that is the Case now eight years after we left Terceira Island then in a both saddened and Happy. People Riding donkeys and waving at us Drivers were a familiar sight for us then. Some of the poorer a oreans afford an automobile or even a Small motorcycle. The Donkey was their Means of transport for Short distances. Children Riding were not just playing or taking the Donkey for his exercise. Very few of the children in the poor sections of the Island have the time to play for they begin work at a very tender age. I remember fondly seeing the donkeys tethered outside the local drinking places patiently waiting for their masters then taking them Home safely while they slept. What other Means of transport can perform that service for you the owners could drink and ride and not even have to direct the Donkey which knew the Way Home and stayed to the right of the Road. There were a few donkeys on what was called by us a american Beach near the town of Praia. Those Lovely animals would accept our presence and our pats and were so much part of the landscape that its difficult to imagine the area without them. If those scenes do not exist any More and donkeys Are just pets or obscure farm animals then in a saddened. The donkeys Are or were a part of the islands culture whether we like it or not. Local paintings drawings and embroideries depict the Donkey and its rider As part of the islands scene. If the donkeys Are just pets in a Happy for them for i remember How heavily burdened they were at times so much so that it was difficult to see the Donkey under the Load. At other times i saw the Farmers cruelly strike them to Rush their Pace. If they Are not beasts of Burden now then in a very Nappy for them. If they Are just pets of the americans now i can to help but ask myself what happens to the donkeys when their owners leave and not far from my mind is the fact that americans Are much larger than a oreans so maybe they exchanged one heavy Load for another there were Ana i Hope they still exist Lovely and unique sights on that fondly remembered Island. The bullfights in the Street the shepherds whistling commands to the cows and goats the unique dogs so deftly climbing or walking the Stone Walls the sunsets the oxen carts and the fennel Aroma pervading the Island. Even after the earthquake destroyed Large parts of the Island it remained a Lovely place. I truly Hope that simple pastoral place has not changed much in the ways that made it unique and Beautiful. A Delia Stichick Niernberg Germany a a warning about those deadly trains i read an article a while ago about americans being killed by european trains. My curiosity was piqued about the seriousness of this problem in the United states. My information is nationwide but was furnished to me by an executive of the Norfolk Southern railway. In 1989, 49 Railroad employees were killed 206 people were killed by trains at places other than Crossings pen pals i am 42 years of age divorced and live on the South coast of England. My interests include the Countryside horses and dogs. I have shown both at shows. I play Golf and Squash and like to swim As much As possible. I enjoy Reading and the theater. I also enjoy Glen Miller music and some of the pop music. Simply write maps in place of the stamp and omit new York in the final line of the address. And 801 persons were killed at Crossings. I think the Bottom line Here is trains can be deadly anywhere you Are. Never play on or near tracks and always Stop at Crossings whether marked or not and look both ways before proceeding.
