I leave a dog out in that kind of weather much less a child what on Earth is wrong with these people the headline on the second item is a girl 3, survives hours in Snowdrift a this happened near Pittsburgh. The child was miraculously revived after she was found clinically dead in a Snowdrift. She had wandered out of her parents Mobile Home in 23-degree weather wearing Only her underwear. The physicians said she had been exposed to the cold for two or three hours before her Mother found her. Maybe i overreacted to these stories because i had been involved with a woman who did no to care about her children. It Cost me a Fortune in lawyers fees to get these children away from her. Where Are the authorities when All this stuff goes on in a not saying the parents of the children in the news stories were neglectful but millions Are.
