During the festival fifth graders do Oral readings and sixth graders fell stories. Children perform  the regional festival after winning classroom school and District competitions. The theme this year was a everlasting  7 7 Sarah said she was a shocked excited and Happy about her recognition. Tony Cooper from ludwigs Burg finished second among the six Superior readers. 7 Sarah said that when she won the Frankfurt District Oral Reading Competition her class a freaked  and she was pretty sure that when they heard she had been the top Reader  the festival a a they la scream a said Sarah daughter of William and Paula Braddy.
