A Federal prosecutors countered that they had pre scented More than ample evidence that Barry had used cocaine. The Case was tried Over a two month period last sum mar and captured attention when prosecutors showed a videotape of an incident in which Barry made sexual advances toward a woman in a hotel room and then when rebuffed took up a pipe and smoked crack cocaine.
