A they have been sending some people Back to Germany to try out for the track team and for various other reasons that i feel Are less important than my reason for wanting to go Home. However i have noticed that a lot of their equipment is being sent Back through the mail system. Clark Giessen Germany pet owners responsible in a recent letter a military policeman from la Lesheim stated that it was not his duty nor the duty of his soldiers to make sure dog owners clean up after their pets. He also stated that he failed to find any Law or regulation stating that pet owners must clean up after their pets. A i done to know if he Falls under Vii corps but if he does he did no to look very hard because Vii corps regulation 210-1, Page 7, paragraph a control of pets states that it is the responsibility of the sponsor to ensure that pets Are controlled in such a manner that they do not become a Public nuisance or menace. Excessive Barking defecating or urinating on playgrounds and lawns within the immediate Vicinity of family quarters arc considered nuisances. A it further states that any solid matter excreted by a pet on a playground area or within 40 feet of quarters will be removed and disposed of by the pets owner.
