The people who Are on the weight program Are told Over and Over again that it is unhealthy to carry so much weight around and that it fat Lowers a persons Job performance. I agree All of this is True. The smokers habit is unhealthy. It Lowers a soldiers Job performance because of shortness of breath and at least 10 to 15 minutes per hour for smoke Breaks most smoke areas Are outside now. Second hand smoke affects other soldiers. Firing up a cigarette whether at night or Day can be bad for your health in a War zone. The enemy can smell the smoke in Daylight and the flame can be seen at night. All in All what i am trying to say is that both Are harmful to the person and others around them. But Why can to soldiers who smoke be put on a program to Stop smoking and if they Are a program failure Boot them out of the military a Richard f.
