I Swallow a lot of air when i eat. The pain in my Throat and Chest ranges from mild discomfort to agony. Once when it got so bad i  breathe i went to the emergency room. Another time my rib area was badly bruised when someone who m thought. I was choking became a Little too energetic while performing the Heimlich Man Euver on me. When i eat i feel As if my Throat is closing up. If i drink water in an attempt to open my Throat the water often gets a stuck a like a plugged up sink and i can to breathe. It feels like a muscle in my Throat goes into spasms and i find myself gasping for air. Several minutes or hours later when i am Able to belch the breathing problems pass Over and the pain goes away. In be had two Complete medical exams with gastroenterologist. They did t find anything. The doctors said it was stress. Believe me i had real stress after i saw the Bills. I be gone to several psychologists thinking the problem might be emotional a and received no help there. Needless to say i have no interest in food meals or cooking. I no longer eat with clients dates or friends because it is too embarrassing. The fear of choking is As bad As the pain. I done to care at this Point whether the problem is physical or mental.
