In the army when a Soldier has a baby she gets 45 Days of non charge Able leave. I realize that she needs this time to physically recover. However when a baby comes into the life of a male Soldier he gets no leave. I feel that a two week non chargeable leave would be very reasonable for these men except in times of a National Security threat. These first two weeks of a baby a life Are when the parents get to know it and All three can adjust to and recover from the. Birth.
