Seven protesters were arrested in los Angeles three for assaulting a police officer and four for various offences including vandalism and failure to disperse police said. No arrests were reported in san Francisco. The protesters surrounded the los Angeles county museum of Art where Wilson was meeting with mexican president Carlos Salinas de Gortari and were kept at Bay by police in riot gear.
