How often does the battalion or company commander hold open closet inspections in a married soldiers Home. The Barracks Are the single soldiers Home therefore give this Soldier the same Type of freedoms afforded to those soldiers living outside the Barracks. As to the writers claim that substance abuse cases Are going to Rise this is a society wide problem and Barracks dwelling soldiers Are not the Only military involved.
