The Driver had fallen into Shock and was taken to a nearby Hospital All passengers were asked by the guide and no one else was injured there was no reason for the passengers to climb out of the bus since they could have used the stairs inside the bus to get Down a replacement bus was chartered and All passengers were Back on the Road within two hours a upon arrival in Munich we found out that two to five a Beer carriages had gone by but the remainder of the Parade was still in process when they arrived. Everyone else was satisfied and we have not received any other claims or complaints. It is not True that half of our customers had to stand up during the remainder of the trip nor did i speak to this particular customer.
