A couple of the new coaches neglected to have their official scorers get first names of opposing players and a couple of wrestling mentors did t have Complete results covering All the teams their schools were hosting. As a result we did no to have the 100% coverage we strive for every week. In several places the coaches waited until All the Days activity had been completed and called the girls and boys results in together. It would help us immensely if the Early game results could be reported right after the completion of those activities. A a a there were some familiar names in last weeks basketball reports especially among the girls. There was one unfamiliar aspect. Despite the Good games enjoyed by the a Europe returnees the first weeks accolades go to Giessen a Glenna Lewis. She had 17 Points 19 rebounds against Hanau then raised those numbers to 36 Points 23 boards against Patch. There weren to that Many boys with big numbers but one of them was Munich a Attila Balas who chalked up 23 Points against shape and 31 against Fulda in the Fulda Jamboree to win first week laurels. A a a Over the years Many people have asked what we can do Dodds athletes scholarships. Fulda football coach Marcus George who is on the staff at summer Camps at Albion College in Albion mich., Eckard College in St. Petersburg fla., and the University of California at Irvine every summer As a quarterback receivers instructor and comes Back to conduct his own Camp for Dodds students has drawn up a program which he has used to help his athletes get flourish because of his Strong football background George s recommendations Are basically football oriented but he says they apply to All athletes.
