Although the requirements and guidelines for the special separation Benefit and voluntary separation incentive Are for the most part Gray Many of us prior service soldiers Are fired up Over the requirement that e-4 p soldiers must have five consecutive years of military service. We Hope this is not Black and White. I meet All other requirements so far but have been tripped up by this five consecutive year hurdle. On an average most of us prior serv ice soldiers have Between seven and 10 years of military service.
