Rain falling wednesday Over South Central North Dakota turned to Snow Over North Central areas of the state and freezing rain Over northeastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Lines of rain extended from Oklahoma across Eastern Nebraska from Northern Arkansas across Southern Minnesota and Over Western Illinois and Western Kentucky. Kansas had High winds wednesday morning with gusts to 60 Mph at Garden City and Liberal. Rain and occasional thunderstorms were scattered Over the Central Gulf of Mexico states. The rain falling in the South was caused by a separate storm that moved into the Region wednesday resulting in flooding Over parts of Louisiana.
