The other two passengers were admitted to the City Hospital in Hanau one is listed in critical condition in the intensive care unit and the other was treated and released. A v corps official also did not disclose the names of the injured passengers citing the privacy act. The official said he could not say How the Accident occurred until the investigation was completed. Simmons is survived by his parents Albert e. And Mary Simmons of Nolanville Texas. The Hanau military police Are conducting a joint investigation of the Accident with local German authorities. A memorial service is scheduled for 11  Friday at Francois Chapel in Hanau
