In an Effort to track Down leaks about the Hill allegations special Senate counsel Peter Flemming subpoenaed Phelps National Public radio reporter Nina to Tenberg and Anthony Marro an editor for new Day a Long Island n.y., newspaper. Phelps and Marro met with Flemming and his staff thursday but refused to answer most questions about the Hill Story. Totenberg is expected to be questioned next week and has indicated she also will refuse to reveal her sources.
