If the Gays want scouting then they might consider an organization of their own with their own values and morals. Or. There must be two Kalb housing areas because it certainly Isnit the one i live in. Nowhere in the article do they mention the Mounds of trash from dumpsters that Are not emptied on a regular basis. Nor did they mention the bum a living in the Utility closet of our building a that we have been trying to get rid of for months. Or How about the trash compactor utilized by cafes and the Kalb club from 6 00 . To 8 00 . Daily and until 2 00 . On the weekends that is 2 feet from our building. Or the drunks from the Kalb club who use our building As a urinal on the Way Home. I guess this must be part of the ambience of Small town America right Here in the midst of Germany.
