Overnight lows skidded past 20 below across most of Montana Northern Wyoming the Dakotas and Northern Minnesota. The afternoon temperature at broken Bow neb., was just 3 above Zero. On tuesday Donner Summit in California s Sierra Nevada received More than 4 feet of Snow. Parts of Nevada reported up to 18 inches.
