Ambrose Harris 40, of Trenton was to be arraigned thursday on charges of sexually assaulting four women and threatening a fifth with a gun. Authorities said they decided to wait him out to avoid a circus and took him before the judge on Friday. He was ordered held on $250,000 bail. The Clinton administration has not announced it education strategy but Clinton talked in Campaign speeches about his commitment to reforming Public schools.
