Most of the time these complaints Deal with a Lack of services provided i.e., medical dental commissary Post Exchange Etc. Too often these complaints have been too specific in nature. The Overall problem appears to be that people military and department of defense civilians Are not being held accountable for their responsibilities. The medical clinic in Stuttgart has lost half my family s medical records my wife s consultation for minor surgery was never forwarded to Heidelberg even after a medi Cal corps major promised my wife she would hand carry the consultation personally to Heidelberg my wife s recent appointment at the clinic was cancelled on the Day of the appointment by the clinic and was told she would be called to reschedule two weeks later we Are still waiting. A Friend had a scheduled appointment at the veterinary clinic to have sutures removed from his dog. Upon arriving at the clinic my Friend was in formed that the vet had to run to finance but was due Back soon. The yet never called to cancel or change the appointment. If these examples Are anything like what other people Are experiencing then we have a major problem. I am surprised that a Bunch of teen agers were persuaded to sign a pledge to remain sexually pure until marriage. That could not have been an easy Deci Sion for them to make. Rather than Mak ing them feel Superior to each other i would think it would subject them to peer pressure and ridicule for this very adult decision. It must have been important to them. It s easier to be sexually Active than not. They have a Long Road ahead of them and i Hope they make it because the re wards will be great. Everything has changed since i was in High school. When i was in school i was bored because i had to do the same things that other kids did.
