Military police arrested Schap the night of the slaying in his wife s room in a Fulda Hospital after he carried Glover s severed head to her bedside. Witnesses at the scene said Schap claimed his wife Diane and the victim were having an affair Glover s headless body was found near a dining facility at Sickels army Airfield in Fulda about an hour before Schap s arrest.
