John Bobbitt submits to tests in paternity suit Niagara Falls  Up John Wayne Bobbitt submitted monday to blood tests to determine whether he fathered a 13-month-old boy. He also expressed Shock that his wife Lorena got away with chopping off his Penis. Bobbitt 26, achieved International notoriety last june when his wife Cut off his Penis with a Kitchen knife. Lorena Bobbitt admitted she Cut her husband but said he had raped her before the incident. She was charged with malicious wounding but a jury in Manassas va., found her innocent Friday by reason of insanity. Beatrice Williams of Niagara Falls filed a paternity suit against John Bobbitt in october claiming he is the father of her son. The child was born dec. 30, 1992, and boat itt misnamed on the birth certificate. Williams a bookkeeper accountant is seeking child support. Bobbin s attorney Michael Lacono said monday that his client was never involved with Williams. He certainly knew her but to say they had a relationship we re denying that. One document known As the "1205 report purports to be a russian Lan Guage translation of an official Vietnam Ese report on american pos held in the communist led North in 1972. It was provided last april to the .-russian joint commission that is investigating is sues related to pos and the missing in action from the cold War Era. The 1205 report asserts that North Vietnam held 1,205 american prisoners in mid september 1972 compared with the 591 americans who actually were re leased in operation Homecoming in Early 1973. The implication is that Viet Nam withheld a substantial number of pos and has been lying about it eve since. The vietnamese government has denounced the document As a fabrication As has Gen. Tran  Quang the sup posed author of the speech cited in the1205 report. The . Analysis of this document concluded that it was indeed produced by the former soviet Gru or military intelligence Agency but that the information contained in it is not believable without further supporting evidence. Citing multiple incongruities in the report the analysts said that at most 73 americans not yet accounted for from Vietnam could have been held in Addi Tion to 4he 591 declared prisoners. That makes the claim of 1,205 prisoners in consistent with our understanding of How Many americans would have survived the events in which they were lost to become captives they wrote. Returning pos also were unaware of any other american prisoners the analysts said. So for hundreds of captives to have remained unknown to other americans they would have to have been put in a separate prison system the analysts concluded. We have found no evidence of an additional system they wrote. Our Bottom line is that the document is not what the russian Gru claimed itto be and the information suggesting that More than 600 additional  is not accurate.
